My Mom Is a Mixer

Today is my mom's birthday. She passed away last year, and this is her first birthday in Valhalla, where all Vikings go when they die.

I don't have much from my mom in terms of material things, but I do have her KitchenAid mixer, one of her prized possessions. It will always have a place in my kitchen.

Happy birthday, Mom. I miss you more than you know. Skol!
